Debra W.
Gould, M. S is a professional speaker, trainer, management consultant,
facilitator, publisher, talk show host and author based in New Orleans,
LA. Debra is the President of Debra Gould & Associates, Inc.
a full-service management consulting and training firm which provides
service to commercial and government clients.
Debra has co-authored four (4) books: Sisters
Together: "the best quotes" we have heard, said, or read
that have Anchored Our Souls!, Sisters Together: "Lessons Learned"
That Have Anchored Our Souls!, Where There's Change There's Opportunity!
Joe and Debra Gould co-authored Together: Making Your Marriage Work

Debra specializes in self-development seminars
in diversity, leadership, management skills, and personal development.
With more than 15 years experience in the management consulting
field, Debra uses her experience with large and small organizations,
as well as with educational institutions.
Debra earned a Master's degree in Management from Florida Institute
of Technology and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from
Southern University at New Orleans. Gould is a Past Chapter President
of National Speakers Association New Orleans Chapter and the 1998-99
Vice Chair of the Diversity Professional Emphasis Group (PEG) and
a member of the American Society for Training & Development.
Debra works with corporations, professional
associations, schools/universities that want to help and influence
others to grow and increase their business potentials and personal
power.

Interpersonal Communication And Presentation Skills
Learn how to build lasting positive impressions around proper
communication and effective public speaking. The art of powerful
communication and public speaking starts with understanding the
various components of artful communication and the recognition
of when to use which form. This course will focus on in-depth
communication components and effectiveness of each component for
designated needs.
Time
Management
The purpose of this course is to give each participant practical
experience in time management in the work setting. A broader approach
exists as we also look at the personal side of time management
and goal setting.

Building
The ultimate purpose of team building is to increase the effectiveness
and efficiency of a group in its pursuit of organizational objectives.
This workshop focuses on defining teams, exploring their importance,
identifying support, and developing team goals.

A Diverse Workforce
Diversity is understanding, appreciating and ultimately managing
difference and similarities at the same time. Its reach is all-inclusive

In today's world, survival is dependent upon strong conflict resolution
