BIOGRAPHY / SERVICES
     Gail Kelley founded St. Charles Consulting, an organization development corporation, in 1983 after ten years as a Pentagon analyst. She, with 8 associates, schedules over 150 international consulting and training days a year for corporations like Shell, Freeport McMoran, and AT&T. She is an author and contributing editor on leadership, team development, and open communication. She developed and facilitates the Shell Exploration & Production (SEPCo) Leadership Forum and is a senior consultant to the SEPCo Operations Supervisor Development Program.

Principled Negotiation

They will become skilled in preparation for negotiation (clarity of outcome, short & long-term objectives, research on alternatives, etc.) and in the application of cooperative principles to their negotiation problems.

Influential Communication
Enhance communication, influencing, and learning skills through the use of style-flexing techniques in written and verbal modes.Learn the four different personality/temperament styles. Understand the impact of style on communicating, leading, thinking, and learning. Gain skill in flexing styles so communication effectiveness and clarity is increased.
