Jennifer Ledet has helped hundreds of organizations transform their businesses from the inside out.  As a qualified facilitator of DiSC, Jennifer teaches organizations and individuals the power of self-understanding and awareness to help them achieve their maximum potential and improve the bottom line.

Through her Leadership Development and Teambuilding Training, Jennifer uses her real world experience as a leader and manager to provide practical solutions that get results. 

Working with CEOs to front-line employees, Jennifer offers a participant-centered program with real-world examples and powerful stories (some with a Cajun twist)

to ensure that participants discover new ideas, develop practical techniques, and have fun in the process!  Through Jennifer’s philosophy, “If you want to grow your business, you must first grow your people” she brings her passion for people to every program.
