     Lee is entrepreneur who believes in multiple sources of income. He has been active marketing products and services to the construction industry for 25 years. He is certified consultant for the "DISC" profiles and has conducted profile seminars for over 20 years. "disc" profiling has been an anchor for his seminars and workshops because he passionately believes the first step in the self-development process is to know and understand yourself. Lee has also developed another seminar "The Self Motivation Equation". The self motivation equation" walks people through a simple process that provides an awareness of how the relationship of mind, information & action control our ability to motivate ourselves and achieve our goals.
