BIOGRAPHY / SERVICE
     Robert Little is an award-winning, motivational speaker and author, with 22 years of training experience. Presenting over 130 speeches and training programs each year, his life-changing principles add to the personal and professional growth of others. Little travels the country, delivering skill-packed training and motivational speeches to Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, non-profits, government agencies, schools, and youth organizations. His travels also include frequent presentations at educational and professional development conferences.

     Robert was recently awarded the coveted title, CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) from the National Speakers Association (NSA). This is the highest earned designation presented by NSA, an accomplishment achieved by less than 10% of their worldwide membership. Certified Speaking Professionals are recognized as dedicated professionals with a proven track record of continuous speaking excellence.

     Robert Little is the author of the children’s book, What CAN I Be? This book was nominated for the Coretta Scott King Award and is an Accelerated Readers (AR) book. Additionally, he has authored two other children's books, Jamaal’s LUCKY Day! and Grandma's Biscuits. He is also the author of the highly acclaimed book, SPOKEN SUCCESS.

     Robert Little is an active member of the American Society for Training and Development, the National Speakers Association and Toastmasters International. Little also serves on the board of directors for the New Orleans chapter of the National Speakers Association. He is a member and past president of the Capital City Toastmasters Club, and public relations officer for the district, which includes MS, AR and TN.

A motivational presentation designed to inspire educators to continue changing the world. Participants will laugh, cry and reflect, but most of all leave with a more committed sense of purpose.

DreamPower (Target Audience :K-6 Grades)
Success Starts with Attitude (Target Audience :7-12 Grades)
In these assembly presentations to students, the essence of Robert Little's messages deals with self-esteem, choices and achievement. His objective is to motivate them to reach for their dreams.

Parents, You Are Teachers, Too
This parental involvement presentation, in an entertaining and enlightening fashion, emphasizes the necessity of parents taking an active role in the education of their children. Parents are the primary teachers.

Challenges, Changes & You: Attitude Matters
This motivational presentation, rich with humor and touching stories includes components in attitude, goal-setting, communications, teambuilding, diversity and leadership. Program can be tailored from one hour to a full day workshop.

SPOKEN SUCCESS (Public Speaking: An Essential Skill for Career Advancement)
In this workshop, public speaking techniques used by professional speakers and effective homegrown strategies used by everyday people will be explained. Be prepared to be blown away!
